Can I pack my own belongings?Yes, you are welcome to pack your own belongings if you prefer. However, please note, we cannot fully insure items that were packed by the customer. We specialize in safe and high-quality packing and can only ensure that your items are packed safely and securely for transport when we do it ourselves.

What if something gets damaged during the move?We take great care to ensure that your belongings are handled with care and arrives at your destination safely. However, accidents can happen. If any of your items are damaged during the move, we will work with you to resolve the issue and provide compensation, if necessary.

How far in advance should I book my move?We recommend booking your move as far in advance as possible, especially during the summer as this is peak moving season. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests. Contact us to check availability for your desired move date.

Do you offer interstate moving services?No, we currently only offer local moves within the state of Florida.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept cash, credit cards* and various electronic payment methods/apps. Our payment options are always in our quotes and are fully explained to our customers before providing the quote. Card payments are subject to a 5% convenience fee.
